I've been designing for 12 years, most of the last seven in fintech. I do my best work on products where someone else sets the rules: banks, compliance teams and third-party providers decide what's possible, and the design has to handle every outcome, including the ones that fail. Before product design I spent five years in branding and illustration, and it still shows in how I care about the details.

Restructured the app’s navigation and homepage after Amplitude data showed people weren’t finding key features. I use Claude Code daily to ship small fixes and keep the design system in sync with the code, which now covers 147 of the app’s 152 screens.

Led Bill Payments end to end, an approval flow for clerks and signatories built around Ruya Bank’s constraints. Also designed an AI copilot that auto-categorises 95.7% of transactions, and a mobile revamp that lifted activation by 37%.

Designed an office and desk booking platform for both individuals and businesses. Sat in on user interviews and used what we learned to add confirmation screens that cut drop-off.
